As cyber security threats have evolved, governments have remained adaptive in response to the ever-emerging threats and crime trends affecting the government agencies, critical infrastructure and key resources (CIKR), and citizens at large. With the constant barrage of cyber attacks being thrown at federal agencies and programs, it’s not enough to be vigilant. Governments must adapt to meet these challenges while addressing the broad range of domestic and international threats to the national cyber security emanating from nation-states, terrorist organizations, and transnational criminal enterprises.
