Courses are held at the LookingGlass Sunnyvale, CA location, or can be performed on site for additional cost.

COURSE NAME: CS-2000 System Administration
DURATION AND VENUE: 3 days, lecture/lab

The CS202 CS-2000 System Administration course is a practical, hands-on, lecture lab course that teaches system administrators and resellers how to install, configure and maintain the CS-2000. The course covers how to install the CS-2000, and how to use the CLI and WMI, how to manage alarms/events/alerts, how to configure the CS-2000 to integrate into an existing network, and how to manage the CS-2000. At the end of the course, participants will be able to administer the CS-2000 in a production, prototype, or demo environment.

COURSE NAME: CS-4000 System Administration
DURATION AND VENUE: 3 days, lecture/lab

The CS204 CS-4000 System Administration course is a practical, hands-on, lecture lab course that teaches system administrators and resellers how to install, configure and maintain the CS-4000. The course covers how to install the CS-4000, and how to use the CLI, how to manage alarms/events/alerts, how to configure the CS-4000 to integrate into an existing network, and how to manage the CS-4000 and associated CPAs (server blades), deep packet processing modules, and network elements. At the end of the course, participants will be able to administer the CS-4000 in a production, prototype, or demo environment.

The CS234 DNS Defender System Administration course is a lecture and lab course that teaches system administrators and resellers how to install, configure and maintain DNS Defender. The course covers how to install DNS Defender and its management component, and how to use the CLI and WMI, how to manage alarms/events/alerts, how to configure DNS Defender to integrate into an existing network, and how to manage DNS Defender. At the end of the course, participants will be able to administer the DNS Defender solution in a production, prototype, or demo environment.
